Notice: Request Your Form 1095-C
On December 23, 2024, President Biden signed The Paperwork Burden Reduction Act (H.R. 3797), allowing employers to provide Form 1095-C upon request instead of mailing it to all employees.
Key Details:
- Purpose of Form 1095-C: Proof of employer-sponsored health insurance compliance. It is not needed to file your taxes.
- IRS Filing: Employers will still file Forms 1094-C and 1095-C with the IRS.
