We’ve been there. That’s why we’re here.

Our founder, Brandon, built his first company in 2011. He knew what it took to keep crews, vendors, and clients satisfied, and he did just that. But even with a profitable company, growth hit a wall. Invoices sat unpaid for 30, 60, and even 90 days while payroll didn't wait. He turned to factoring, and it worked, but the firms he dealt with didn't. Cold interactions, confusing terms, aggressive tactics, and companies that saw numbers instead of people.

That frustration sparked an idea he started working on late at night: a factoring company built by an operator, for operators. A mutual friend suggested he sit down with Keith, a fellow entrepreneur. What was supposed to be a quick chat over a cold beer to talk shop turned into a three-hour dinner. When Keith asked him what he really wanted to do, Brandon didn't give him a corporate pitch; he told him the truth about the gap in the market and the need for a partner with actual grit.
